Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our booking form.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are honored at the original rate.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward the practitioner or other clients.
